Account Manager - Affiliate Marketing Agency

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Ikon Digital Media is a premier marketing agency specializing in driving strategic growth for DTC eCommerce and Amazon brands, leveraging deep expertise in affiliate marketing, performance PR, AI Search, and influencer partnerships to deliver measurable results. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a strategic, results-driven Account Manager to own a portfolio of brand programs and lead a team of Account Coordinators. About the position: In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' affiliate programs, ensuring sustained growth, strong partner relationships, and clear alignment with each brand's objectives. You'll work across affiliate, influencer, editorial, and commerce publication channels, bringing a strategic mindset and creative grit to every program you run. We have a collaborative, high-energy team culture that thrives on engagement and results. While this is a remote position, we stay connected through regular video calls, quarterly onsite team meetings, and team-building outings designed to inspire collaboration, spark creativity, and celebrate shared successes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of brand programs, ensuring sustained performance growth and alignment with each client's strategic objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Account Coordinators, overseeing day-to-day execution, including affiliate communication, sample request processing, and content tracking across programs.
  • Develop and execute recruitment and optimization strategies to enhance program effectiveness and expand reach across opportunities.
  • Drive strategic campaign execution across platforms, collaborating with your team to deliver measurable results.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners, including creators, publications, and more, to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Analyze performance data, track key metrics, and deliver insights-driven recommendations for continuous improvement, surfaced through monthly client-facing KPI presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform developments, and competitive activities, ensuring clients remain at the forefront of their category.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of client-facing, account management experience in a marketing agency or brand setting, with affiliate marketing, influencer, PR, or commerce publishing experience strongly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute across multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data to uncover insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and experience managing high-volume workloads across multiple accounts with precision.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
  • Technically proficient with Google Workspace and data processing/analysis tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Preferably based in Los Angeles, CA. While this is a remote position, occasional in-person attendance is expected for quarterly team onsite meetings and outings.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $70,000 - $85,000 base salary (DOE)
  • Quarterly performance bonuses
  • Remote flexibility
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Company-sponsored health benefits
  • Generous PTO to support work-life balance
  • Access to top industry events and conferences
  • Professional development support and a clear growth track
