The ideal candidate is honest, empathetic, and reliable. As a one-person company aiming for gradual growth, I need someone who can be available on Slack and capable of delivering tasks with a 4-hour or less turnaround within 24 to 48 hours. I understand that this level of availability is challenging for a non-retained or freelance developer, which is why I’m offering $200 per hour for your services. Tasks will range from simple Figma-to-Shopify section conversions to more complex assignments. All work should be thoroughly tested before submission. For transparency and time-tracking, we will both use Hubstaff, an automated screenshot software, to ensure accurate proof of work, whether for client accountability or to prevent timesheet discrepancies.
