Role Myticas Consulting has a client in need of an AGENTFORCE DEVELOPER role for a 12+ months contract. This is a fully REMOTE role, but does REQUIRE ACTIVE MBI PUBLIC TRUST clearance. Please see the job details below: TITLE: Agentforce Developer (Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer) REQUIRED: ACTIVE MBI Public Trust Clearance LOCATION: Remote TERM: 12+ months EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 5+ Years Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer (Agentforce & Data Cloud)
Key Responsibilities
- Agentic Implementation: Design and build autonomous AI agents using Agentforce,
including prompt engineering, custom topics, and grounding techniques to ensure accurate, secure responses.
- Data & Integration: Architect and build data models and processing pipelines within
Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure large-scale data is optimized and secure for AI applications.
- Rapid Prototyping: Lead zero-to-one engineering cycles, developing proofs-of-concept
(POCs) directly on IRS infrastructure to validate technical feasibility.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Conduct deep-dive debugging of multi-system failures,
addressing issues like agent hallucinations, grounding gaps, and orchestration failures.
- Product Feedback Loop: Document platform gaps and field insights to influence
future Salesforce product enhancements, ensuring federal mission requirements are reflected in core features.
- Background in AI/ML orchestration frameworks and prompt safety constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Must hold an active IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance.
- Agentforce Mastery: Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end Agentforce or AI
implementation project.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),
and JavaScript, with a strong background in software design principles.
- Certifications:
○ Required: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist. ○ Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II. ○ Preferred: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
- Government Standards: Familiarity with federal security standards, including Section
508 compliance and sensitive data handling protocols (e.g., FTI). ,
