AI Engineer

M9 Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to rapidly develop, demonstrate, and refine AI solutions. Take a hands-on engineering approach focused on building rather than advising. Work directly with the client to translate business problems into AI-enabled prototypes and production-ready solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience with several of the following technologies and concepts: Databricks Azure AI Foundry GitHub Python Large Language Models (LLMs) AI/ML solution development Machine Learning model development and deployment Forecasting models (Prophet preferred) Linear Optimization Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) Ability to demonstrate experience building AI applications, developing prototypes, integrating data platforms, and working directly with business stakeholders to solve complex problems.
