What you’ll achieve As the AI Lead Product Manager you will coordinate and govern the delivery of AI initiatives across our global product portfolio, spanning Health Information Systems, Health Data Products, and Diagnostics. This role is central to ensuring that AI programmes are delivered on time, in scope, and in alignment with strategic objectives—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to a fast-moving and complex landscape. The ideal candidate is a seasoned programme management professional who is comfortable navigating ambiguity in emerging technology environments, and who can build the cross-functional processes and stakeholder relationships needed to drive consistent delivery at scale. You will: Own the coordination and governance of AI initiatives across the three focus areas—Health Information Systems, Health Data Products, and Diagnostics—ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and priorities Establish and maintain programme-level planning artefacts including roadmaps, RAID logs, status dashboards, and milestone trackers across the AI portfolio Facilitate structured programme reviews and cross-functional forums, surfacing risks, decisions, and progress to the appropriate stakeholders Partner with Product Managers, Technical AI Lead, Quality Assurance, AI Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are well-scoped, resourced, and sequenced appropriately Ensure all product initiatives are KPI driven and follow the same standards and practices Identify and proactively manage cross-programme interdependencies, resource constraints, and delivery risks Engage and manage key stakeholders across the business around timelines, deliverables, queries and status of AI initiatives. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials across the product portfolio, working with the Lead PMs and Director of AI on the content Prepare and deliver executive-level programme reporting and communications, translating complex delivery landscapes into clear narratives Take the next step towards your dream career At Dedalus Life flows through our software. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Essential Requirements: 5+ years of programme or senior project management experience, ideally in technology, healthcare, or AI-driven product environments. Demonstrated experience managing portfolios of concurrent, interdependent technology initiatives at a global scale Strong understanding of AI product development cycles and the unique delivery challenges associated with data-intensive and ML-powered products Proficiency with programme management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Smartsheet) Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging senior and executive audiences Proven ability to build structure and drive progress in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.
