We are seeking a driven and resourceful Amazon Creator Connections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will build and manage relationships with content creators across Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms. This is a high-volume, execution-focused position ideal for someone who thrives on outreach, enjoys building partnerships, and understands how to turn creators into high-performing brand advocates. Your mission is to identify, engage, and activate creators who can produce compelling, conversion-driven content that elevates our brand and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with high-potential creators across social media and digital platforms Execute outreach campaigns to recruit and onboard creators aligned with our brand Build and maintain strong creator relationships, guiding them from initial contact to active collaboration Collaborate with creators to produce high-converting, Amazon-style UGC (user-generated content) Manage onboarding processes to ensure creators are set up for success Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics and SEO tools Coordinate cross-platform campaigns and manage content calendars Support paid and organic social media efforts, including Facebook advertising Monitor trends and continuously refine outreach and content strategies Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Amazon Creator Connections or the Amazon Influencer Program (minimum 2 years required) Experience with Archer Affiliates tools (minimum 1 year preferred) Strong understanding of conversion-driven content, particularly Amazon-style UGC Demonstrated success in influencer/creator outreach for performance-driven brands Ability to manage high volumes of outreach and conversations efficiently Proficiency in: SEO tools, Google Ads, and Google Analytics Social media marketing and Facebook Advertising Email marketing and automation platforms Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and campaign coordination tools Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data What We’re Looking For Experience working with high-ticket, premium home décor or luxury products Strong work ethic and a proactive, results-driven mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment A “hunter” mentality—comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and closing creator partnerships Application Questions Do you have experience promoting high-end or high-ticket home décor products?
