This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on designing impactful visual solutions across healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing. You will lead the development of print and digital assets, translating complex information into engaging, persuasive designs. Accountabilities: · Conceptualize, design, and develop visual materials across multiple accounts and platforms, including presentations, websites, and training resources. · Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure high-quality production and creative consistency. · Manage creative workflows, project timelines, and resource allocation across assignments. · Review and critique work of senior designers and designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software, trends, and emerging techniques relevant to healthcare marketing. · Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and project success. · Bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic design, or a related field; experience in pharmaceutical marketing is a plus. · 4+ years of experience as an Art Director within a creative department environment. · Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint; familiarity with Mac and PC platforms. · Strong creative thinking and ability to visualize data, charts, and infographics. · Proven leadership, project management, and teamwork skills. · High attention to detail, ability to self-start, and a results-oriented mindset. · Strong communication skills with experience presenting ideas internally and to clients. · Flexible work arrangements (remote or NYC office). · Competitive salary with discretionary annual bonus. · Health insurance, retirement savings, life insurance, and disability coverage. · Paid parental leave, sick leave, and vacation. · Opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and mentorship. · Dynamic and collaborative team environment focused on innovation and creativity.
