We’re on a mission to help vegans lose weight, build confidence, and become leaders in their own lives and communities. Our clients come to us committed and ready for change. They just need a coach who knows how to guide them through it and actually cares. This is a remote, part-time coaching role (5-15 hours/week to start) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position over time. Some evening availability is required. • You’re joining a proven system with heart behind it. We’ve helped hundreds of vegans lose 20+ pounds while building habits that actually stick. You’ll use the EVA Method and coach within a framework that’s dialed in to get results, without sacrificing the human connection.
• You’ll grow as a coach and leader. From the start, you’ll get mentorship from me directly. Not just on coaching, but on leadership, systems, and client retention. This starts as a part-time role but has the potential to grow into something full-time if you're hungry and aligned.
• You’ll represent something bigger than fitness. We’re not just building bodies; we’re building confidence, autonomy, and ripple effects in the vegan community. You’ll play a critical part in rewriting the narrative that vegans can’t be strong, healthy, and thriving.

Position Details

• Hours: Part-time; 5-15 hours/week to start with room to grow
• Pay: $19-$22/hour to start. Eligible for promotion (with bonuses) after 90 days of excellent performance
• Growth: After 90 days, you'll be eligible for ongoing raises and performance-based bonuses
• Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)
• Reports to: Scott Burgett, Founder + CEO

Role Overview Position: Assistant Coach You’ll coach clients directly inside Evolution Vegan Academy, helping them transform their bodies and lives through nutrition, training, accountability, and mindset. You’ll execute our coaching systems while also bringing your personal coaching energy to every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Message clients daily M–F in accordance with their messaging cadence
• Review weekly check-in forms and provide thoughtful feedback
• Host 1:1 and group Zoom coaching calls
• Lead clients through our group coaching agenda
• Provide accountability and build client relationships through daily communication
• Clear client messages by 11am CST and 6pm CST M–F, with additional check-ins as needed
• Onboard new clients through welcome calls, customized workouts, and meal plans (training provided)
• Track workouts, nutrition adherence, and check-ins inside our app
• Monitor client progress and follow up on missed actions
• Bring commonly asked questions to the CEO to improve systems
• Maintain a presence on social media aligned with EVA’s mission
• Submit timely reports on client progress, performance, and retention
• Communicate with the team via Slack and project management tools

Results You’ll Own

• 60%+ quarterly client retention
• 50%+ adherence to the 3-5-1 standard (attendance, participation, follow-through)
• 100% weekly client connection rate (message + response)
• Clients feel supported and stay excited about their progress
• Clients refer others to EVA because of the transformation they experienced with you

Who You Are

• Certified in personal training, nutrition, or integrative health or have comparable experience
• Strong knowledge of vegan nutrition, macro tracking, and healthy fat loss
• Passionate about coaching VEGANS toward confidence and sustainable results
• Organized, reliable, and responsive (no one falls through the cracks on your watch)
• Comfortable leading calls, meetings, and community conversations
• Available for part-time hours (including some weeknights)
• Strong communicator (clear, direct, and empathetic)
• Eager to grow and open to feedback
• Tech savvy with G-Suite and basic project management tools
• Has a quiet space to host calls from home
