Job Summary This role supports the SB 1264 Network Management team by managing critical administrative and operational components of the dispute resolution process. The Associate is responsible for coordinating formal mediation schedules, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry within the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) dispute resolution portal. Additionally, this role assists in the preparation, organization, and submission of arbitration documentation, including supporting materials and draft briefs. The Associate plays a key role in maintaining case tracking accuracy, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring procedural compliance across all assigned work. This position is designed to build foundational knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, regulatory dispute resolution, and negotiation workflows, with the possibility for progression into a Network Management Consultant role over time. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree OR 4 years managed care operations experience handling independent work. Meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Verbal and written communication skills, organizational and planning skills. PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office. Analytical skills. Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays. PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience scheduling and maintain multiple schedules. Data entry experience. Ability to be consistent with repetitive tasks. Time management skills.
