AWVS Compliance Associate I

Labcorp is seeking a Compliance Associate I to join our team at Yeshwantpur Work Schedule 2nd Shift - 2PM - 11PM Remote based Job Responsibilities Assist in maintaining systems that store animal welfare and regulatory data. Help prepare documentation for inspections and client visits. Support the tracking of licenses, permits, and certifications. Maintain centralized records and assist with client requests. Coordinate updates to departmental policies and SOPs. Ensure timely completion of assigned training and tasks. Provide basic system support and training to team members. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, including GLP operations and/or Quality Assurance, preferably within an in vivo research environment. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and teamwork skills. Proficiency in learning and adapting to new systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, or quality systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
