Building Automation Programmer (Remote)We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Programmer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with deep expertise in Delta Controls programming and a strong background in building automation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement building automation system (BAS) solutions using Delta Controls from the ground upProgram, configure, and troubleshoot HVAC control systemsInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and sequences of operationPerform system integration, testing, and optimizationSupport commissioning activities and provide remote technical supportCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and field techniciansRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience in building automation programmingProven expertise in Delta Controls programming (from scratch)Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control strategiesExperience with system integration and troubleshooting BAS environmentsAbility to work independently in a remote settingExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with additional BAS platforms (e.g., Tridium Niagara, BACnet integrations)Familiarity with energy optimization and analytics toolsCommissioning experience is a plusWhat We OfferFully remote work environmentUnlimited PTO for work-life balanceCompetitive compensation packageOpportunity to work on cutting-edge building automation projects
