Summary

As a Business Analyst at Gainwell, you will be performing design, development, testing activities. Supporting the full life cycle of development processes for creating services. Investigating and resolve complex business and technical product integration matters of significance. Focusing on a specific product or family of technologies in multiple platforms; functions independently within a business area and assists at the enterprise level to influence the technical decisions during various phases of the project. This role is strictly involved in batch development and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to batch development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information. Your role in our mission Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas. Prioritize and execute with specialized team of business analysts driving advanced quality initiatives, lead IT projects moving data quality upstream, and nurture newer team members by providing guidance . Be a knowledgeable bridge between clients and technical team to define, document and share business requirements and expected impact Work with the internal and external stakeholders to define key specifications and business outcomes at the start of a technical project Analyse, plan, design, document or make recommendations to improve business/Quality processes to support client’s technology goals Help verify that all requirements have been met by approving and validating test results Research business objectives and data requirements of client to ensure that developed product meet client needs. Communicates with clients about data-related discrepancies and other matters of significance to ascertain information and correct errors What we're looking for 12+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Managed care, Provider, Claims adjudication, Medicaid or Medicare. At least 2-3 years working experience in Managed care Module. 12+ years of business functional experience in one or more areas such as Eligibility, Claims, Provider. Strong SQL knowledge. Ability to write complex queries. Ability to gather requirements effectively; document requirements and confirm observations with business owners. Also, to perform fit/gap analysis based on requirements. Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel. Ability to create detailed and thorough design documents and test plans/execution for medium to large initiatives. Being able to research, analyze, validate and document business requirements. What you should expect in this role Shift time - 2pm -11pm IST Remote environment
