  • Design, build, maintain, and improve automation workflows across the business.
  • Build and manage workflow automations using n8n, Power Automate, APIs, webhooks, cloud functions, database triggers, and scheduled jobs.
  • Maintain and improve integrations between key business platforms, including Xero, AroFlo, HubSpot, Cin7, WooCommerce, WordPress, QuickBooks Time / TSheets, BambooHR, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure SQL, and n8n.
  • Troubleshoot data sync issues, failed API calls, authentication problems, and inconsistent records between platforms.
  • Support and develop cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, including Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
  • Build internal tools such as simple web apps, admin portals, dashboards, forms, and workflow interfaces.
  • Maintain and improve Power Apps used by internal teams.
  • Work with SQL databases to store, clean, transform, and report business data.
  • Support Power BI dashboards and reporting datasets for finance, operations, management, inventory, and sales teams.
  • Maintain and improve finance-related automations, invoice workflows, supplier data, purchase information, transaction reporting, and operational reporting.
  • Work directly with internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and system requirements.
  • Translate business problems into clear technical solutions and development tasks.
  • Provide support when automations, integrations, reports, or internal tools fail.
  • Document automation logic, dependencies, system changes, failure points, and support processes.
  • Train staff on how to use new tools and improved workflows.

✅ What You Bring

  • Experience with workflow automation tools, especially n8n.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, and system integrations.
  • Experience with SQL databases, preferably Azure SQL or SQL Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud deployment basics.
  • Ability to build and troubleshoot internal business tools, forms, dashboards, admin portals, or workflow interfaces.
  • Experience working with data transformation, reporting workflows, and business process improvement.
  • Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and understand business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong AI understanding and the ability to create custom GPTs.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in simple language.
  • A practical mindset and the ability to build useful, simple solutions without overcomplicating systems.

💻 Preferred Technical Skills

  • Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js or React.
  • FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
  • GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Logic Apps, and Docker.
  • n8n cloud or self-hosted workflows.
  • Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, OAuth2 authentication flows, Postman, and API testing tools.
  • Experience integrating business systems such as Xero, AroFlo, HubSpot, Cin7, WooCommerce, WordPress, QuickBooks Time / TSheets, BambooHR, CRM systems, ERP / inventory systems, accounting systems, HR systems, e-commerce platforms, and reporting dashboards.
