Description du poste Nous sommes à la recherche d’une ressource intermédiaire/senior pour nous accompagner dans un programme de sécurité. Cette ressource nous aidera à définir des stratégies GIA dans les solutions Azure. Responsabilités Élaborer et faire évoluer la feuille de route stratégique GIA en fonction des priorités organisationnelles, des risques identifiés et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie; Définir et optimiser les cadres de gouvernance, incluant les politiques d'accès conditionnel, les modèles de rôles (RBAC), la gestion du cycle de vie des identités et les processus de recertification; Assurer l'alignement des initiatives IAM avec les cadres de référence reconnus (NIST, ISO 27001) et les exigences réglementaires applicables; Collaborer avec les parties prenantes clés (sécurité opérationnelle, architecture, conformité, audit, TI) pour garantir une approche intégrée et cohérente; Contribuer à la documentation stratégique : politiques, standards, analyses de risques et présentations exécutives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 ans en gestion des identités et des accès, dont au moins 3 ans dans un rôle de conseil sur les technologies Microsoft Azure / Entra ID; Compétences stratégiques : Élaboration de feuilles de route, évaluation de maturité, gestion du changement, vulgarisation exécutive, alignement affaires-sécurité; Compétences techniques : Accès conditionnel, PIM, RBAC, Microsoft Graph API, Zero Trust, protocoles d'authentification (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect); Certifications (un atout) : SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer); Aptitudes : Leadership d'influence, pensée stratégique, rigueur, capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux (technique à exécutif); Langue : Français requis; anglais fonctionnel. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des partenaires et des clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
