Controller (Remote, Wisconsin (US))

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller that will serve as a strong business partner for the General Manager and Business Managers to drive performance and influence decision-making. It will have reputed company responsibility and reputed company of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow + key business metrics) of the OnCare businesses. The Financial Controller is responsible for challenging the status reputed company and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance, processes and systems. It will also reputed company and reputed company finance professionals. Responsibilities:

• reputed company accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

• Manage fixed assets handling, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and treasury guidelines.
• Ensure a strong internal control environment and serve as Compliance Officer for the supported units.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in partnership with Business Managers.
• Evaluate and continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools, and systems, driving efficiency in the business.
• Conduct customer and business profitability and margin analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Conduct regular financial performance reviews and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide clear financial insights to leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in controlling and financial management, preferably in industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cost controlling, cost accounting/product costing.
• Relevant reputed company experience
• Good critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (reputed company; reputed company is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Occasional travel, less than 10% of the time.
