Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize financial and operational data Perform advanced Excel modeling and analysis to support decision-making Assist with expense verification and other finance-related tasks Analyze and interpret Balance Sheets and Income Statements Support treasury operations and financial planning Maintain and reconcile data in QuickBooks Online Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis Required Qualifications: Proven experience with Power BI dashboard development Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling Solid understanding of financial statements and business acumen Ability to perform mathematical analysis with attention to detail Experience with QuickBooks Online is a strong plus Familiarity with treasury tools and processes is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment Eager to learn and take on new challenges Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
