Profile Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years in a creative digital support, content, or brand assistant role; ideally supporting an author, artist, independent creator, or lifestyle brand Hands-on experience with Wix and comfort making ongoing edits, layout improvements, and content uploads without supervision Proven video editing skills for both short-form (TikTok/Reels) and long-form (YouTube) content, with the ability to work from raw and archival footage Strong visual taste with experience in merchandise design, typography, layout, and product mockups for print-on-demand or apparel Experience formatting books or publications for Amazon KDP or Lulu Able to manage bilingual (English/Spanish) content at a presentation level — working with titles, layout, and formatting without requiring fluency in Spanish Works independently, takes initiative, makes clear aesthetic decisions, and understands that the creative direction comes from the client's vision (not trends, AI output, or personal preference) Experience with multi-platform store management (Amazon, Lulu, Etsy, or similar) is a plus Core responsibilities: Website Management: Maintain and improve an existing Wix site by fixing broken links, cleaning up layouts, updating galleries and blog sections, correcting work left by previous freelancers, and improving overall presentation to reflect the owner's creative voice. Social Media & Content Creation: Handle content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook - scheduling, uploading, preparing assets, and building a more consistent posting rhythm. TikTok and YouTube are the primary focus. Video & Media Editing: Edit short and long-form video using existing travel footage, photos, and raw content. Organize a large backlog of archival media and identify what is usable for storytelling, channel content, and campaigns. E-Commerce & Merchandise: Manage product listings across Wix, Amazon, Lulu, and potentially Etsy or TikTok Shop. Design merchandise with genuine fashion sensibility - interpreting creative references into original product concepts, not placing them literally. Write product descriptions and maintain organized collections. Book & Publishing Formatting: Format books and written materials for Amazon KDP and Lulu, and align published work with the broader brand presentation. Transmedia & Brand Coherence: Support creative concepts connecting writing, video, travel, and merchandise — including interactive maps and QR-linked content pathways.
