Creative Marketing Designer - Remote (USA/Canada)

Who We're Looking For: Senior Marketing Designer (ClubWPT Gold - U.S. Market) We're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to support the creative needs of ClubWPT Gold - our sweepstakes-based online poker platform, fully legal in the U.S. and part of the globally recognized World Poker Tour brand. This role requires a designer with strong visual storytelling skills, excellent communication abilities, a creative mindset, and proficiency in English to ensure clear and effective interactions with stakeholders. You'll be working closely with marketing, product, and event teams, communicating directly with stakeholders, gathering feedback, iterating designs, and leading design concepts through to production. Ideally, the candidate should be based in the U.S. to align with the core stakeholders' time zones and ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for online marketing campaigns and events
• Design visuals for social media, web, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Create resized and localized versions of existing assets for different channels
• Support print material design (event signage, merchandise, promotional flyers, etc.)
• Work with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL• E) for idea generation and concept
• creation
• Communicate directly with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate, and finalize
• designs
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, events, and marketing teams
• Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing design, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or
• consumer digital products
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• Experience using AI image-generation tools as part of the creative workflow
• Excellent visual concepting, layout, and branding skills
• Proven ability to create assets for multi-channel use (socials, web, print)
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, capable of clear, concise
• stakeholder communication
• Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving
• Ideally based in the U.S., or able to work U.S. business hours
• Bonus: Experience in sweepstakes, poker, or U.S.
• -based regulated markets
