KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handling Messages: Move quickly between phone calls, e-mails, and chat, using perfect Croatian and English. Fixing Travel Problems: Resolve tricky booking issues and money arguments with great accuracy and genuine kindness. Giving Expert Advice: Use modern computer tools and official travel rules to give customers clear and confident guidance. Careful Data Entry: Type details into our customer system (CRM) with great care so the company has a perfect record of the customer's history. Improving Service: Work with company leaders to spot travel trends and make the customer experience even better. THE IDEAL PROFILE: LOGICAL & KIND We are looking for people who focus on finding solutions, combine logic with a friendly personality, and truly care about helping customers. Language Skills: You must speak and write perfectly in Croatian (C2 level). Company English: A strong, professional level of English (B2+ level) is necessary to work with our global team. Home Office Setup: You must have the legal right to work in Greece and the personal discipline to work well from home on your own.
