Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus Proven data entry experience or related office experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Input data into the company database accurately and efficiently Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy Update and maintain database systems as needed Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies Ensure confidentiality and security of all information Prepare and sort documents for data entry Participate in team meetings and training programs
