In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our product databases while collaborating with colleagues across different countries and functions. What You'll Do

Maintain and update product reference databases for the Dutch market, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and quality. Classify, standardize, and organize product information according to company guidelines, hierarchies, and business rules. Identify and implement updates, corrections, and enhancements to existing reference files. Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and enrich database content. Investigate and resolve routine data issues and exceptions in a timely manner. Perform regular quality checks and apply corrective actions when necessary. Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures, and data management activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Fluent Dutch and a good level of English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in data entry, database maintenance, data management, or a similar administrative role is highly valued. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Professional communication skills, both via email and phone. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience working in an international or multinational environment is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
