This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. As a Live Chat Agent, you will handle a variety of inquiries, including ticket bookings, flight status updates, baggage concerns, and general customer service questions. You will need to navigate our comprehensive information systems efficiently, providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements 1.
High School Diploma or equivalent

Excellent written communication skills
3.
Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with remote communication tools

Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

Previous customer service experience preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat. 2. Provide accurate information regarding flights, bookings, baggage policies, and other inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. 4. Document customer interactions and update records consistently. 5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery. 7.
