Key Responsibilities

Use digital marketing strategies and social media content to promote the company’s mission, generate leads, and elevate brand visibility. Build authentic relationships with prospects, and collaborators through value-driven content and consistent engagement. Stay current with digital trends, platform algorithms, and marketing innovations to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Mentor and support internal team members or collaborators on content best practices, storytelling, and digital growth strategies. Develop and implement social media campaigns and content plans that align with brand goals and drive measurable growthWhat We're Looking For: Proven experience in senior management roles and a willingness to learn and grow. Deep understanding of current trends, platform algorithms, and audience psychology Passion for personal development, willingness to learn, and mission-driven work Comfortable with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, job boards etc. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
