Director Of Content Marketing, SMB Advertising [Remote]

At Paramount, we're revolutionizing the way small and medium businesses advertise on TV and Connected TV (CTV). Our innovative self-serve ads platform (Paramount Ads Manager) empowers businesses of all sizes to create impactful advertising campaigns at ease, reaching audiences through the power of television and streaming. As Director of Content Marketing, you'll lead a multi-channel content strategy designed to build the Paramount Ad Manager brand, influence top-of-funnel traffic, generate quality leads and drive measurable pipeline growth. You'll develop new campaign concepts and bring them to life across paid channels, email and landing pages - ensuring there are no dead ends in the buyer's awareness and consideration journey. You can write scroll-stopping copy and advise our internal design agency on scroll-stopping visuals to accompany it. Paid media performance, SEO best practices, email engagement and website conversion will all be tools you are comfortable using to inform your work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy a world-class, multi-channel and multi-format content marketing strategy across owned (e.g. email) and paid (e.g. Meta, TikTok) and website to build Paramount Ad Manager's brand and drive pipeline
  • Develop new paid media campaign concepts based on industry trends, Paramount content and the needs of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Manage in-house ''agency'' relationship with our creative team to create high quality and quantity of social assets aligned to the unique tone of each platform (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit)
  • Concept and author high-converting landing pages and email campaigns
  • Define the distribution strategy for any content you create, in partnership with channel owners in Marketing. You will have a Paid Media partner to oversee the paid media operations.
  • Have a high degree of comfort in tools built to enable fast content creation including Canva, Riverside, etc

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) developing scaled B2B marketing content and messaging strategies and shaping memorable B2B business brands, preferably in product-led growth environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Have a portfolio to share that includes content, distribution strategy and results of previous work

Additional Qualifications:

  • You understand ad channels like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok well and have a strong POV on how to break through the noise
  • You track what's working (and what's not) and use data and market feedback to adjust quickly
  • Entrepreneurial problem-solver capable of driving toward a solution with a high degree of autonomy
  • Skilled in project management, capable of leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously

d ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hiring Salary Range: $110,400.00 - 138,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
