The University of Florida Lastinger Center is hiring an Early Childhood Education Content Development Specialist. - Lead regional pilot implementations and gather practitioner feedback through high-density provider networks.
- Create facilitator materials, implementation guides, and video training scripts aligned with current research.
- Support accreditation processes with the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
- Maintain knowledge of early childhood education research, instructional design, and adult learning theory.
- Collaborate with research, evaluation partners, and internal teams for content and implementation alignment.
- Analyze user feedback and data to drive continuous content improvement.
- Required qualifications include a Master's degree with two years relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with four years relevant experience.
- Preferred skills include proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Excel, and SmartSheet.
- Salary ranges from $66,000 to $71,000 for this time-limited, full-time staff position.
