Early Childhood Educator - Virtual Learning Specialist

Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for early childhood education delivered via virtual platforms. Create engaging and interactive digital learning activities, games, and content. Provide guidance and support to parents and guardians on supporting their child's remote learning journey. Assess children's developmental progress through observation and digital portfolio tools. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) working with young children in an educational setting. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering educational content for online or virtual platforms. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and pedagogical approaches. Proficiency in using educational technology, video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), and digital learning platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
