Emergency Response Training & Compliance Manager (Remote)

Clean Harbors is seeking an experienced and skilled Emergency Response Training & Compliance Manager for our nationwide emergency division. This is a remote position that may live anywhere in the United States. The Emergency Response Training & Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining training programs and regulatory compliance services supporting internal and external customers across a national emergency response organization. This role ensures alignment with applicable regulatory requirements including OPA 90, OSRO standards, USCG, EPA, and other federal/state environmental regulations. The position supports emergency preparedness and response readiness through training program development, plan writing, drills/exercises, compliance tracking, and continuous improvement of emergency response capabilities.
