About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of Software and Platform Engineers responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. You’ll oversee the integration of custom applications, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a cross-functional engineering team across software, platform, and integration disciplines Own planning, prioritization, and delivery of engineering initiatives across applications and enterprise systems Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into cohesive technical solutions Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and well-tested systems Establish and enforce engineering standards, including CI/CD, DevOps practices, and secure development Ensure reliable integrations across internal and third-party systems using API-driven architectures Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and release governance Mentor and develop team members through coaching and career development planning Promote cross-training, documentation, and shared ownership to reduce risk Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability What You’ll Need Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives Technical: Experience with modern development methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps) and proficiency in one or more programming languages Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, workflow automation tools, and API-driven integrations Cloud: Understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable architecture principles Experience: Experience leading engineering teams across both application development and platform environments Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Attributes: Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement What Success Looks Like Consistent, on-time delivery of engineering initiatives aligned with business priorities Secure, stable, and scalable systems and integrations across platforms Increased adoption of CI/CD and DevOps best practices Improved system performance, reliability, and security posture Enhanced operational efficiency through automation and optimization High stakeholder satisfaction and strong cross-functional partnerships Growth, engagement, and retention of a high-performing engineering team
