Event Photography & Videography: Corporate Testimonials (New York, NY) - Contract to Hire
We are seeking a professional 2-person production crew to capture high-quality digital assets during a full-day corporate event in New York, NY. The primary objective is to produce professional 4K raw footage and high-resolution digital stills of 8-10 employee testimonials. Note on Timing We are currently finalizing the specific date for this shoot within our upcoming event calendar. We are looking to review portfolios and select a crew now so we can initiate a contract immediately once the date is locked. Scope of Work & Digital Deliverables - On-site Capture Full-day coverage (up to 8 hours). - Technical Setup Provide and operate professional interview lighting and a teleprompter. - Audio High-fidelity digital audio capture for scripted interviews. - Final Deliverables Organized raw 4K digital video files and high-resolution stills delivered via secure file transfer (Cloud-based delivery). Requirements - 2 Videographers/Photographers with professional 4K cinema camera packages. - Full portable lighting kit and teleprompter system. - Proven experience in corporate environments, specifically managing subjects through scripted teleprompter reads.
