As a part-time Airline Customer Service Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that manages the entire passenger experience, from ticketing to boarding.

The Role

As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you'll be based at San Francisco International Airport and work with one of our airline clients, with opportunities to train with others in time. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, handling various tasks, and working collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve:

  • Interacting with passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes
  • Assisting passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance or special meal requests
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and smooth operations
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
  • Fluency in English, with a second language an advantage
  • Customer service experience, although not required
  • Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Calmness and ability to find solutions under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Stamina to stand for extended periods
