Job Summary

As a Chat Support Associate at careerzynith, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their pharmacy, prescription, and healthcare-related inquiries via live chat.   • Maintain HIPAA and careerzynith policies during all communications, ensuring the confidentiality and security of customer information
  • Log interactions clearly and follow up where necessary, achieving daily productivity and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements
