About the Role

In this hybrid role, you will balance your time between our remote office and home, handling a high volume of customer interactions via calls, texts, emails, and web requests. You will maintain thorough knowledge of our services to effectively address customer needs, display a positive, friendly attitude in all interactions, and suggest and implement improvements in business practices to enhance customer retention.

  • Suggest and implement improvements in business practices to enhance customer retention.
  • Maintain clear communication with management to ensure our service consistently meets customer expectations.

What We Require

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in general office, customer service, or sales roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work effectively from a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of pest control techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with PestRoutes and CallRail software, and understanding of service agreements and negotiation principles.
