Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions, using our provided systems to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a phone-based customer service position that offers the flexibility to work from your designated workspace, with a multi-step onboarding and client certification process required before servicing can begin.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• U.S. resident (excluding residents of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)

• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Spanish language skills are a bonus
