The Role

Requirements

• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Ability to recognize referral needs for customers
• Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of careerzynith-provided equipment)
• Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
