Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Technician at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Deploying and maintaining satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensuring seamless service operation, promoting and invoicing video services to customers, and providing top-notch customer experiences.
- Installing equipment in various settings, including infrastructure, upper rooms, sublevels, and confined spaces.
- Utilizing corporate technology to efficiently manage orders and transporting company vehicles to job sites.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license in the state where the vehicle is operating.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work fluctuating schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- The ability to pass mandatory drug testing, security checks, and physical assessments.
- Previous experience in a technical domain or similar position is advantageous.
