Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
