About This Job
As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with customers to resolve their issues and provide exceptional service. Your role will involve a mix of technical expertise and customer care, making this a unique and rewarding position. You'll be responsible for performing mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain equipment, as well as investigating and resolving issues with these machines.
Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain equipment, adhering to careerzynith's quality standards
- Investigate and resolve issues with pop fountain equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative, and creating a supportive and friendly environment for customers
Requirements
* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
