Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Data Entry:
Accurately and efficiently entering data into our safety and compliance systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Data Analysis:
Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and providing insights to support our safety and compliance efforts.
Reporting:
Preparing and submitting reports to management and regulatory agencies, as required.
Compliance:
Ensuring that all data entry and analysis activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and careerzynith policies and procedures.
Collaboration:
Working closely with our team to ensure that all data entry and analysis activities are aligned with our safety and compliance goals.
Professional Development:
Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest safety and compliance regulations and best practices.
Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. aviation, safety, compliance, data analysis).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field.
Skills:
+ Intermediate to advanced level MS Excel skills. + Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau). + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Certifications:
MSP SIDA identification (or ability to obtain).
