Key Responsibilities:
* Provide data analysis and support for content deals, including tracking bargain choices, managing post-deal workstreams, and preparing arrangement and exchange outlines for senior leader decision-making.
- Support the management of TWDC's direct-to-consumer (DTC) services, including providing precise and timely accessibility of all content for our DTC services, regarding complex holdbacks and limitations.
- Collaborate with the Content Outreach group, Business Tasks, Legal, Finance, and Accounting in all aspects of TWDC content SVOD and DTC clients, both pre-deal and post-deal.
- Provide exact and ideal accessibility of all content (long-form include films, DTC firsts, verbose content, promotions, reward, interstitials, etc.), regarding complex privileges holdbacks and limitations originating from existing licenses, fundamental freedoms, and music issues.
- Provide vigorous financial analysis and content valuation for all content licensing deals, in collaboration with partners in every area.
- Prepare arrangement and exchange outlines for senior leader decision-making.
- Direct and manage all such arrangements in the rights management situation (Rightsline); manage all post-section workstreams, e.g., draft and send notices (start dates, new seasons, etc.), permit expense computations, preparing receipt backups, resource delivery, etc.

- Support the management of TWDC's direct-to-consumer (DTC) services, including providing precise and timely accessibility of all content for our DTC services, regarding complex holdbacks and limitations.
Key Undertakings:
* Make analysis and show materials in response to impromptu senior leader and client demands that might include new distribution methodologies, sales reporting for reviews and finance, market trends and best practices.
- Work with Finance and anticipating Content Deals ultimates, yearly working plans, and long-range plan introductions.
- Help with legal with organization and cooperation reviews.

Required Education, Experience/Abilities/Training:
* At least 3 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry.
- Profound experience in financial modeling, complex financial analysis, advanced Excel skills, and experience in analyzing large datasets.
- Solid office with understanding and analysis of agreements, and fundamental administrative drafting (e.g., notes).
- Solid office with PowerPoint and presenting to leaders.
- Demonstrated history in successfully managing and building strong relationships with a wide range of partners.
- Some experience with global media distribution.
