Position Overview This seasonal position requires availability to be scheduled a minimum of 4 hours per shift, with a minimum of 12 hours per week, and availability to work additional hours during Peak Weeks. Schedules vary weekly, and we are looking for availability between 8am and 8pm. As a remote customer care representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Promptly answer incoming calls, delivering world-class service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Expertly manage inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns with precision and enthusiasm, while seamlessly assisting customers in placing orders over the phone.
  • Effectively communicate sales and promotions.
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Problem Solving and Expertise:
  • Provide innovative solutions for issues like defective items, lost orders, and refunds.
  • Develop expertise in navigating the blithequark website to assist customers.
  • Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits.
  • Knowledge and Accuracy:
  • Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Performance and Compliance:
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in training programs aimed at skill enhancement, encompassing individual and group coaching, role-playing exercises, and skills training.
  • Perform special assignments as directed.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered).
  • Experience: Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions.
  • Knowledge of blithequark products.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling.
