Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accuracy and consistency in forecasting and actual financials
- Validate data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory sources
- Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
- Perform system maintenance, including client consent management
- Provide support to clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models
- Assist in the preparation of in-depth scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses
- Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process using Hyperion
- Update Hyperion Planning with organizational changes, coordinating with regulators and GL teams
- Collaborate with work groups to determine reporting business requirements, proposing and presenting effective solutions
- Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and estimating and planning models for Financial divisions
What You'll Need for Success
* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or equivalent experience/training + 2 years of work experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis + Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex database structures
- Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience using Hyperion, including development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) + Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methodologies related to financial issues + Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues + Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations
