Key Responsibilities
As a Workflow Systems Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Dashboard Development: Design and develop data visualizations that provide key metrics and insights to stakeholders, driving business decisions and informing strategic initiatives.
- Analysis and Visualization: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and refine data models, identifying trends and patterns in large datasets to inform business decisions.
- Iterative Dashboard Development: Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, refine dashboards, and deliver high-quality products that meet business needs.
- Workflow Characterization: Develop a deep understanding of complex workflows, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions to optimize business processes.
- Insights and Change Management: Translate data insights into actionable recommendations, driving business outcomes and informing strategic initiatives.
- Change Agent: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
3+ years of experience
as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a strong background in data analysis and workflow optimization.
Solid understanding
of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive).
Ability to communicate complex data insights
to non-technical stakeholders, driving business decisions and informing strategic initiatives.
Advanced Tableau developer
skills, with experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
Capable SQL skills
, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with software development analytics
