Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Funder (Customer Service), you'll be responsible for:
- Scrutinizing and authenticating retail and lease paperwork: Ensure precision and adherence to careerzynith policies, established criteria, credit conditions, and state/federal laws.
- Managing incoming calls from dealerships: Resolve pending matters as necessary during peak hours.
- Actively engaging in coaching sessions and training: Collaborate with colleagues to devise solutions that improve individual and collective departmental performance.
- Fulfilling other assigned duties: As required to meet business demands.
Skills and Qualifications

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with dealerships and colleagues.

Essential Qualifications

- Experience in a similar role: Previous experience in a customer service or funding role is an asset.
