The Role
As an Online Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our customer support team, interacting with clients via live chat, email, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
