Part-time Customer Service and IT Support Representative

Schedule:

Weekdays (5 PM - 10 PM, Monday to Friday) and weekends (10 AM - 8 PM, Saturday and/or Sunday)

Expected hours:

20 - 25 per week

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, and assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home.
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions.
  • Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus, but not required.
