About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for managing appointments, calendars, and emails for your clients, collaborating on projects, organizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion. You'll also prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and manage social media accounts, research technologies and provide recommendations to clients, update and maintain client databases, arrange travel and coordinate events as needed, and provide support with personal tasks as required by clients.

Responsibilities

* Executive Support: Manage appointments, calendars, and emails for your clients.

  • Project Management: Collaborate on projects, organize tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Content Creation: Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and manage social media accounts.
  • Research & Recommendations: Research technologies and provide recommendations to clients.
  • CRM Administration: Update and maintain client databases.
  • Travel & Event Planning: Arrange travel and coordinate events as needed.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide support with personal tasks as required by clients.

Key Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Availability: Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate at least 20 hours/week.
  • Experience: Experience in an administrative support role.
  • Technical Setup:

+ In-home office with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam), minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb RAM, and the latest MS Office installed. + Fast and reliable internet connection + Smartphone with email capabilities + Designated professional, quiet workspace
