Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and updating data into company databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Performing regular quality checks to maintain high accuracy levels and collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes.
  • Meeting deadlines and targets consistently, while maintaining a high level of organization and time management skills.
  • Inputting customer information, transactions, and other relevant data into designated systems, verifying and correcting data discrepancies as needed.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and documents, assisting in data cleanup and migration projects, and generating reports and summaries based on entered data.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy and speed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a remote setting, with proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related administrative roles.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
