Experienced Virtual Assistant for Airbnb Customer Services with Proficiency in Guesty and Operto Teams – Remote Position Available

About the Role

We are looking for a talented virtual assistant who can provide top-notch customer service to our guests, vendors, and internal teams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. If you are a proficient communicator, able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat
• Screen potential guests, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Respond to guest inquiries, communicate with guests, and escalate issues to management via Slack
• Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
• Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
• Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor, and assist with the onboarding of accounting systems
• Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management

Essential Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus, with the ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging
• Deep familiarity with ChatGPT and the ability to use it to enhance guest communication
• Comfortable speaking English on the phone and using a VoIP to communicate with guests and vendors
• Available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones with perfect English and grammar
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
• Knowledge of business financials and accounting principles
• Experience with 3rd party vendor relations and tertiary market management
• Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts (11p-7am CST)
