Fractional CMO (Hands-On) – Cold Email, LinkedIn & Event Execution
We’re looking for a hands-on Fractional CMO to help us a new division focused on executive procurement workshops.
- We’re looking for someone who can think and execute.
- You’ll be responsible for setting up and running outbound campaigns, generating leads, and helping organize small in-person events.
- What you’ll do:**
• Set up and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly
- Build and execute outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Identify and target the right audience (procurement professionals)
- Generate qualified leads for workshops and programs
- Help plan and organize small executive events (venue sourcing, coordination, logistics)
- What we’re looking for:**
• Proven cold email systems
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting and outreach experience
- Comfortable being hands-on and executing campaigns directly
- Tech-savvy and able to move fast without much guidance
- Experience with event planning or workshop organization is a strong plus
- Nice to have:**
• Experience targeting B2B or corporate audiences
- Background in training, education, or executive programs
