Requirements  High school diploma or equivalent; Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred.  Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry.  Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.  Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.  Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
